Harbour Sport has a well-equipped Function and Board Room available for hire at it's Sports House in Albany on Aucklands North Shore. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the setting up of the room(s) and the clearing away of all table and chairs at the end of your hire period.

 Function Room

An Ideal venue for confrences, presentations, seminars, forums, offsite meetings, staff reviews, board meetings and staff meetings.

Fully carpeted, with a capacity of 80 people seated theatre style.

Includes the use of projector, sound system, DVD Player and white board.

There is also a Smart Board to enhance your presentation experience.  Charges apply.

Bar facility available but you must obtain a special licence through North Shore City Council 

Prices

Full Day: $300 (+gst)

Half Day: $150 (+gst)

Smart Board: An additional $20 (+gst)  

Board Room

An Ideal venue for smaller meetings or presentations. Fully carpeted with a capacity to hold 15 people seated around the meeting table.

The Board room has a TV that you can connect your computer to for presentations and the use of a white board is also included with the hire of the room.

Prices

Full Day: $150 (+gst)

Half Day: $100 (+gst)

The room hire is free to sports organisations.

Bar 

If you are going to be serving wine or beer, you must aquire a special license from North Shore City Council and Harbour Sport must be given a copy before the use of the bar.

Catering 

Spotless Catering who are situated at the North Harbour Stadium have the onsite catering contract for the North Shore domain and must be given the first option for catering at Sports House.
