A different avenue to explore sports is through your Regional Sports Organisations (RSO’s) These organisations generally oversee competitions that your local club may play in. They also select representative teams for the region.

This will give a huge range of exciting activities that happen on the shore beaches and parks. The best part about these activities is that you head down to them either on your own or with a bunch of friends and the activities are FREE!
