Sports Capability Game Plan

We are approaching the Game Plan with a ‘Continuous Improvement’ mindset as our core focus. The Game Plan is all about you, our stakeholders. Each month you will find new development resources, opportunities and tools. All development resources are designed to assist you in your role in the sport sector and help you become more professional. I want to share an old Chinese proverb with you that depicts our new approach and supports the continuous improvement philosophy: ‘If you want to prosper for a year, grow rice. If you want to prosper for a decade, plant trees. If you want to prosper for a century, grow people’.
Kenny Halliday (Sport Capability Team Leader – Harbour Sport)
