Maori Sports Organisations

Kaiwhakahaere can tautoko and awhina our Mâori Sports Organisations through the implementation of the Mâori Organisational Tool within Mâori Regional Sports Organisations (RSOs). The Organisational Development Tool (ODT) is a practical and comprehensive process designed by experts as part of Sport and Recreation (SPARC) New Zealand's focus on developing increasingly successful and sustainable sport and recreation organisations at National, Regional and Club levels.

The tool will provide clear direction for improving our Mâori sports organisation.

Two of our Kaiwhakahaere are trained SPARC ODT Facilitators for the Mâori ODT and are trained to assist you in getting the most from the tool, helping to maximise the potential of your sports organisation.
