Chinese and Korean Sport Surveys
Understanding Chinese children’s participation, interest and barriers to sport was identified as important for the ActivAsian project.  In 2009, Chinese children in 4 targeted primary schools were surveyed as well as taking part in focus groups.  The schools all had over 10% Chinese students. The Chinese children in these schools are being surveyed annually. Due to growth of our Korean participants, the survey has been extended to include Korean children as of 2011
